The Office of Human Resources develops and administers a comprehensive human resources program for the Department of Health and Human Services to include policy development, classification and compensation, recruitment and employment, employee development and training, employee/employer relations, strategic planning , Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA), benefits, employee leave program, Employee Performance Management System (EMPS),personnel transactions and reporting program which includes classified, and unclassified and temporary employees.
