Bureau of Administrative Services Provides administrative support. Consists of (3) divisions:
Division of Contracts, Division of Procurement & the Division of Appeals and Hearings.
Bureau of Beneficiary and Systems Support Beneficiary & User Services, Division of Eligibility Policy & Oversight,Division of Health Promotion & Analysis
Bureau of Care Management and Medical Support Services Oversees Care Management and Medical Support Services that enhance direct care, Managed Care Organizations, Managed Care Beneficiary Enrollment, School-Based and Private Rehabilitative Therapy and Audiological Services, Dental, and Transportation Services.
Bureau of Compliance and Performance Review Ensures that Medicaid and other funds are used effectively and efficiently.
Bureau of Eligiblity Policy and Oversight Oversees Medicaid Eligiblity Policy
Bureau of Eligibility Processing Oversees Medicaid applications
Bureau of Fiscal Affairs For those who believe they have been aggrieved by an action of DHHS OR Whenever a provider receives monies that are not due to them
Bureau of Health Services and Delivery Systems Division of Health Services:, Division of Medical Services:
Bureau of Human Resources Develops and administers a comprehensive human resources program for DHHS
Bureau of Information Systems Medicaid Eligibility Determination System (MEDS); Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS); HIPAA Privacy; IT Contracts Monitoring
Bureau of Information Technology Services Supports, through information technology, office automation and telephonic communications
Bureau of Long Term Care and Behavioral Health Services Responsible for institutional and home and community-based long term care services and behavorial health services.
Bureau of Public Information Responds to all media and general requests for information about the agency and its programs.
Bureau of Reimbursement Methodology and Policy Responsible reimbursement methodologies/reimbursement rates associated providers which contract with DHHS
