Prior to the initiation of a contract, potential providers must have a computer, internet access and an email address in order to receive correspondence and authorizations from CLTC. Additionally, anyone interested in providing Personal Care I, Personal Care II, Companion, Adult Day Health Care, and Nursing must attend the mandatory training session, held biannually in April and October, at SCDHHS. In order to be registered for the April training you must have your completed application in to SCDHHS by February 15th. If all information is not received by this date, you will be registered for the October training. The deadline to be registered for the October training is August 15.

- Attendant Care:

- Environmental Modification:

- Home Delivered Meals:

- Adult Day Health Care (ADHC):

- Respite Care:
- Temporary relief for a waiver client's caregiver designed to serve as a break in routine for both the caregiver and client.
- Personal Emergency Response System (PERS):
- An electronic device that enables individuals to secure help in the event of an emergency.
- Durable Medical Equipment:
